We develop and deliver educational curriculums that integrates therapy dogs into literacy and social-emotional learning. Grounded in real-world experience and inspired by Fetch Me Kindness: Koda’s Magical Gift, these programs support reading confidence, empathy, emotional awareness, and connection in classrooms, libraries, and community settings.

From concept to launch, we support organizations through the entire lifecycle of therapy dog program development. This includes program planning, site readiness, volunteer and handler integration, pilot implementation, and evaluation frameworks. Each program is tailored to the environment it serves, with an emphasis on consistency, ethics, and long-term success.

Coaching and mentorship services are available for therapy dog handlers, program coordinators, and organizational leaders seeking ongoing guidance. Through individualized support, The Koda Project helps teams navigate growth, challenges, leadership development, and program refinement—strengthening both human and animal well-being.

Customized training and workshops are offered for staff, volunteers, educators, and therapy dog teams. Sessions focus on animal-assisted interventions, trauma-informed care, staff well-being, literacy support, and best practices for working with therapy animals. Trainings educate on the difference between service, therapy and emotional support animals, and are practical, engaging, and designed to build confidence, competence, and shared understanding.

Speaking engagements focus on healing, resilience, literacy, leadership, and ethical therapy dog work—bringing inspiration grounded in experience to healthcare, education, and community audiences.
